General conditions of sale
Article 1 – Scope
These general conditions of sale apply, under the distance selling service company (COMOSYSTEMS) to all sales made through the website: https://comosystems.com/
We may modify these terms and conditions at any time, subject to modifications appearing on our site.
Article 2 – Price
2.1 All prices are quoted in €uros or US Dollars depending on the country of delivery and include applicable local sales taxes but exclude shipping and handling costs.
2.2 Orders are payable in Euros or US dollars depending on the country of delivery.
2.3 COMOSYSTEMS S.L reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time the order is registered subject to availability. Information on prices and product availability are subject to change and are indicative only.

We undertake to accept your order in these terms and conditions of sale.

Your order will be dispatched on receipt of your payment within an average of 2 to 5 working days (average 2 days) since for the USA we use our fulfillment service company. In cases of force majeure or out of stock, not allowing delivery of the order, the customer will be fully reimbursed.

Article 4 – Validation
When you click the “Order” button after the order process, you accept it as well as all of these Conditions of Sale, fully and without reservation.
The data recorded by COMOSYSTEMS constitute proof of all orders placed between COMOSYSTEMS and its customers.
The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
Article 5 – Availability
Our product offerings and prices are valid until they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks.
Article 6 – Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address you specified during the ordering process. The delivery includes the time of preparation of the package and the delivery time.
Article 7 – Shipping
The charges include a contribution to the costs of preparing, packaging and processing, + postage costs. They are fixed.

Our transactions are conducted in a secure environment. See below Article10.
Article 9 – Retention of title
The products remain the property of the Company until full payment, if any, plus interest. This provision does not prevent the transfer of the customer risk of loss or damage from the time the goods leave our premises.
Article 10 – Security
To avoid any possible misuse of your credit card, COMOSYSTEMS uses a secure payment system SSL standard, with the safest and most currently popular encryption protocol.
Credit card details are encrypted and routed directly to our paying agency without going through our site.
COMOSYSTEMS SL never receives banking authorizations. It is directly managed by the bank.
COMOSYSTEMS SL does not store any credit card information.
Article 11 – Satisfied, Exchanged or Refunded
Articles provided by COMOSYSTEMS are new and guaranteed against defects.
You have a period of 10 working days of receipt of the product ordered for return if the product does not suit your requirements. Fees and the actual sending back are your responsibility, as well as a € 10 processing fee.

In case of refund, we ensure that it is made in less than or equal to 4 weeks from the date of receipt of the returned package delay.
No sending in against refunds will be accepted, whatever the reason.
Article 12 – Liability
The products comply with Spanish law. COMOSYSTEMS cannot be held responsible in case of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and means of transport and / or communications, flood, fire strike.
Article 13 – Applicable law – Disputes
This contract is subject to Spanish law and is written in Spanish. In case of dispute, the Tribunal Alicante (Spain) can decide.
